What to expect?

QHHT sessions take place in-person only, held in the peaceful energy of our yurt sanctuary near 100 Mile House, BC. Each session lasts approximately 4–5 hours and includes:

  • A heart-centered intake and intention-setting conversation

  • The QHHT induction process to guide you into the theta state

  • A journey through 1–2 past life experiences (or other realms as your soul chooses)

  • Connection with your Subconscious for insight and healing

  • Gentle integration time, and a recording of your session to revisit later

Come with an open heart and a list of 5–10 life questions you’d love to explore -from health to purpose, from soul contracts to unresolved patterns.

Details & What to Expect

Our monthly circles are 90-minute gatherings held inside our warm, candlelit yurt sanctuary near 100 Mile House, BC. Doors open 10 minutes before start time to allow for soft landing and sacred arrival.

Please bring:

  • A yoga mat

  • Water and a journal

  • Anything you’d like to place on the altar (crystals, flowers, photos, etc.)

Wear comfortable clothing and layers – we often alternate between movement and stillness.

How should I prepare for my session?
