A Sanctuary for Movement, Sound & Soul Connection
Welcome to Circles of Healing – a sacred space for women to reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and the wisdom of the natural and spirit realms. Here, we gather in circle to heal, awaken, and remember who we truly are.
Our Offerings
Circles of Healing is a sanctuary rooted in reverence for nature, ceremony, and embodied awakening. We offer both in-person and online gatherings designed to nourish the soul, regulate the nervous system, and activate spiritual remembrance.
Monthly Ceremonial Circles
Held on sacred land or online, these immersive sessions blend movement, mantra, and energy work. Each circle is unique, but all are rooted in feminine wisdom, co-regulation, and intuitive embodiment.
Examples Include:
Kundalini Light Activation Circle – A healing ceremony combining kriya, mantra, sound bowls, and guided meditation
Ancestral Healing Circle – A ceremonial space for clearing inherited patterns and reconnecting with ancestral guidance

Sound Baths
Let the sound hold you. Let the vibration soften you. Let the silence in between restore you.
Our sound baths are more than just relaxation – they are vibrational healing ceremonies. Guided by crystal singing bowls, chimes, mantra, and intentional stillness, these sessions invite your nervous system into deep regulation, your body into gentle release, and your spirit into quiet remembrance.
Held in the yurt sanctuary or occasionally outdoors on the land, each session becomes a cocoon of resonance – dissolving tension, softening emotional holding, and reconnecting you to the spaciousness within.
No experience is needed. You simply lie down, receive, and allow the frequencies to do their sacred work.
